In the event of Inclement Weather, the Deacons with the Pastor will decide to proceed to either a Delayed Schedule or Cancel Services. Decisions will be made early enough for Deacons to contact their families prior to Services.
Deacons will contact their Families should the Church Schedule need to be altered and the altered Schedule will be placed on the Home Page of the Church Website and posted on the West Monroe Baptist Church’s Facebook Page.
If you feel it is unsafe, stay home.
If you are unsure about the Schedule contact your Family Deacon.
